Tell us about yourself:“I am an automotive instructor at Sask Poly Tech in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. I have been in the automotive industry since 1977, and spent the last 25 years as instructor at the college. I’m very proficient with welding and building all through my career. I been around a lot of equipment, and I have pretty good idea what works and what doesn’t in most scenarios. My dad used one of your company’s wheel trucks as a makeshift welding cart, and it became a beat up fixture in the shop for many years. After his passing, I had modified it to fit my needs, and keep a piece of him and his shop with me.”
When something doesn’t quite work the way you want it, you make a few changes. Calvin took his dad’s old welding cart (which had seen better days), and made a few modifications to make it more compact, easier to move around, and safer for transport.
