Balances can be checked through your online account, at any store location, or by calling our National Call Centre (have your card ready).

Locating your PIN

Plastic card - Carefully scratch the little grey area on the back to reveal your PIN number. You will need this PIN number when making a purchase.

Virtual card - You should see the PIN number in the gift card email.
