To meet legal and retail-related duties and commitments.

When your Personal Information is shared with a Service Provider, we compel them to protect the information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy.
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed by our service providers in Canada or other countries where Service Providers maintain facilities, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan. As such, your Personal Information may be subject to the laws of those countries. However, Service Providers may not use or disclose Personal Information for any purpose other than providing the services on our behalf or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Your Personal Information may also be disclosed as part of a corporate transaction involving the transfer of some or all Princess Auto business assets.
Your Personal Information may be disclosed if required by law or valid court order, provided:
the disclosure is necessary to enforce our agreements or policies, and/or
the disclosure protects the rights, property, or safety of Princess Auto and its relevant stakeholders.

All direct digital marketing communications from Princess Auto provide an unsubscribe link in the footer of the communication. This setting can also be updated in your online account. If you unsubscribe from marketing content, you may still receive operational communications from Princess Auto.
